Never let smartphone online support folks remove any data from your device without you asking them what passwords and company web server info they will need to restore your information. I am living 24 hours without access to my phone emails because the guy who was helping remove bugs needed certain company server information that I didn’t know to restore what he removed. I finally secured the info I need and now I have to spend a few more hours rehashing the entire problem with a different helper.
